Who are we?

Brasa is an international martial arts competition team based in Brazil, but represented in different other countries.

Many succesfull fighters such as Felipe Costa, Demian Maia, Comprido and Igor Silva are part of the team.

In Belgium ‘Exit BJJ Louvain’ became affiliated – and later fully integrated – with Brasa, as the team has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Felipe Costa for several years now.

Brasa Team Belgium has quite a few champs as well: Wim Deputter and Ken Van Gilbergen both hold national titles in MMA & BJJ.

Many other team members have competed very succesfully in BJJ, Wrestling, Thai-Boxing and other martial arts very succesfully, both nationally and internationally.

We ‘re proud to train some of the most advanced martial arts and we believe strongly in constantly testing and improving our skills in competition and sparring.
